How Trunk or Treat 2022 Will Work!

We are holding our annual Trunk or Treat as a reservation only event! We will have a day of fun! All ages are encouraged to dress up and join us! There will be at least 20 fun trunks with candy and non-candy treats, so even those with allergies can feel comfortable participating. This venue is also very assessable for those in wheelchairs or strollers.
You must make a reservation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or replying on our Facebook page with how many are in your party. You will then be assigned a time to attend! Why are we doing this? In the past, this event has brought in over 1,000 participants. In order to hold the event, we need to keep our numbers down. I will be scheduling no more than 50 people every half hour to spread out the influx of attendees. This makes parking easier and alleviates having to walk through a lot of traffic. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND ATTEND AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME!!!! (Clicking the RSVP going will not get you a spot.)
When you arrive, you must check-in at our table. We will be asking you for your name and email address in case we need to contact you. You will also be asked for a signature so your child is able to participate in the bounce house. Only people registered will be allowed into the event! We have to keep our numbers down and are doing so by spreading people out!
During check-in each child will have their hand marked, after you sign the waiver, so they can participate in the bounce house. No one will be allowed in the bounce house unless their hand is marked.
We will have a hotdog food truck and hopefully a BBQ truck. and as usual we will have swag items available for $1 donations.
We will have Paparazzi and Usborne Books attending with merchandise available for purchase.
Our balloon artist and face painter are working for tips so please tip if you are able.
